Burnaby City's Fair Wage Policy under attack

IUOE Local 115 and other organizations are speaking out in support of the council's Fair Wage Policy which ensures fair wages are paid for city-funded construction projects.

The Fair Wage Policy has been in place for 20 years. Last year, Burnaby was named the best-run municipality in the country by Macleans magazine. The city's cost of government is $148 per resident compared to the national average of $235.
