 Overview of Local 115's Benefits Plans The Operating Engineers' Benefits Plan is in place for members of Local 115 and the various branches of Local 115 of the International Union of Operating Engineers. Since its inception in 1965, the plan has undergone a number of improvements. This is your plan and your interest and suggestions are welcome. Our objective is to provide and maintain the best possible benefits for you and your family.
